Durable Wire Connections

Spot resistance welding is a key process in the electrical industry, enabling the permanent joining of metals using high-intensity current. This technology is widely used across various sectors, including the production of electrical wiring harnesses and the automotive industry.

High efficiency and precise control

The spot resistance welding process is carried out using an advanced transformer-based welder. This welder, with a maximum power of 6kVA, allows precise control of process parameters such as welding time, delivered energy, and the number of welding pulses in a single cycle. This ensures high accuracy and quality of the connections.

Wide application

We have experience in joining various materials, including low-carbon steel, copper, and brass. We use copper, tungsten, and mixed electrodes, which allows for flexible adjustment of the process to the specifics of the metals being joined. This technology is successfully applied to BUSBAR connections.

How do we carry out the process?

High precision

Thanks to advanced technology and the experience of our operators, we can perform welding on very thin wires, starting from 0.5mm².

Flexible material application

We weld a wide range of materials, from thin copper wires to thicker steel and brass sheets, thanks to the use of different types of electrodes and precise process adjustment.

Quality monitoring

In-process quality control combined with a stable process ensures the highest quality wire connections.
