In addition to departments, we work in project-sales teams (zps) dedicated to specific Clients. In this structure, an interdisciplinary team of specialists oversees the project from start to finish. Every member of the PST views the project as a whole and is engaged in its management, regardless of the “scope of duties” or predefined tasks.
As a team member, you won’t just focus on one part of the process without seeing what’s happening in other areas. Instead, you will work in an interdisciplinary team with specialists from your field, taking on the role of project manager at certain stages.
